(“Kronelift Asansör” or the “Company”), acting as data controller, processes your personal data in full compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) within the scope of our commercial relations or our business relationship with you.

II. DISCLOSURE STATEMENT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Our Company declares that it will record, store and retain the personal data obtained — in a manner connected, limited and proportionate to the purpose requiring their processing, keeping them accurate and up to date — under the conditions set out in the KVKK, and that it may transfer them to legally authorised institutions or to third parties in Türkiye or abroad.
1. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Examples of the personal data that may be processed by us in relation to our employees, business partners or platform users are as follows:
Identity Data: First name, surname, date of birth, country and city of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, Turkish identity card details (national ID number, serial number, card number, father's name, mother's name, place of birth, province, district, neighbourhood, volume number, family order number, order number, household number, page number, registration number, place of issue, reason for issue, date of issue, previous surname) and a copy of the identity card.
Contact Data: Telephone number, full address, email address, in-house contact details (extension number, corporate email address).
Financial Data: Financial and salary details, payrolls, bonus entitlements, bonus amounts, files and debt information relating to enforcement proceedings, bank account book, minimum living allowance (AGİ) information, private health insurance amount.
Education Data: Educational background, certificate and diploma information, foreign language skills, education and skills, CV (résumé) and courses attended.
Visual and Audio Data: Photographs of natural persons, voice recordings and on-site security camera recordings.
2. Purposes of Data Processing and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed by our Company or by authorised data processors for the purposes of performing the contract, ensuring in-house security, administering the Company, conducting business, implementing company policies and fulfilling obligations under applicable legislation. In accordance with the general principles set out in Article 4 of the KVKK, the data is stored securely in physical or electronic environments and retained for as long as is necessary for the purposes of processing.

The personal data collected may be transferred — limited to the purposes stated above and within the framework of legal restrictions — to Company employees and officers, to group companies (business partners and shareholders), to legally authorised public institutions and organisations, to independent audit firms, and to the third-party service providers from which our Company receives services or with which it works. III. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS (KVKK Article 11)
By applying to our Company in person and proving your identity, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if it has been processed, to request information about it.
To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose.
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data is transferred.
To request the correction of personal data that has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
To request the destruction of the data (erasure, disposal or anonymisation) within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK.
To request that correction or destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
To object to a result arising against you from the analysis of data exclusively by automated systems.
To request compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful data processing.
Application Method: Your requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest (where a cost is incurred, the board's tariff may apply). You may submit your applications by completing the application form on the Company's website: in writing with a wet signature, via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP), or with a Secure Electronic/Mobile Signature. In order to protect your rights, our Company may request additional verification (SMS, telephone call, etc.).
IV. EXPRESS CONSENT STATEMENT
I declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up to date; that I will notify the Company in the event of any change; and that, having been duly informed and having read and understood this text, I give my express consent to my relevant data — including the special categories of personal data defined in the KVKK — being used, shared and stored for the necessary period, limited to the purpose of processing.
